You will proactively assess current customer performance, identify opportunity, and anticipate future wholesale plumbing needs to deliver solutions so that our customers can grow their business. A combination of vendor and product promotions and trainings and marketing programs will be your tools.

·         Provide quality customer service by understanding the customer’s needs and how best to maximize their business model to ensure success

·         Establish “trusted advisor” status to become a business resource for customers

·         Provide pricing and inventory availability for quotes, project bid specs, and sales for customers via phone and/or walk-in

·         Communicate technical information, product promotions, and training events to customers

·         Manage customer needs, challenges, and issues from inception to resolution
