New Build
Old Lyme, CT
In collaboration with Mystic River Building Company, Bender showroom consultant Dani Conway helped bring a cohesive, thoughtfully detailed vision to life across multiple spaces in this home.
The primary bathroom was designed to feel calm, refined, and spa-inspired. Polished nickel fixtures from the California Faucets Cardiff collection were paired with a towel warmer and a lighted medicine cabinet to elevate everyday comfort. Large-format porcelain tile on the shower walls creates a clean, modern backdrop, while recycled glass tile on the shower floor adds subtle texture and visual interest.
In Bath #2, a slightly more playful approach was taken, combining soft satin and brushed nickel finishes with a hexagon tile floor in a rich blue tone. The result is a space that feels fresh and inviting while still coordinating seamlessly with the rest of the home.
The kitchen and laundry areas continue the home’s cohesive design language, blending durable, functional fixtures with understated style. Clean-lined sinks and thoughtfully selected faucets ensure these hardworking spaces are both practical and visually consistent with the overall design.
